#61 Shipping not showing up (Canada Post)

I have tried getting the Canada Post or Standard Shipping to work (I would prefer just using the Canada Post shipping but I was trying everything) and neither option will show up in the cart or in the estimate. The only shipping type that seems to work is the free shipping option and the client does not want to use that. 

I appreciate the help getting access to the Canada Post plugin but it's not working. Could you please let me know what I need to change to get it going? I have entered all the API info as requested (image attached shows info for Canada Post) but it's not even showing up as a shipping option. Please let me know if you need any details from me to help out.

Tristina,

While I was investigating things, I cam across a small bug in the plugin (not related to your issue, but I did create a new update which I have already installed on your site.

For Canada Post, they need the weight to be in kilgrams but the plugin was set to grams (or ounces, I can't rememeber now). Once I switched it to KG the shipping prices showed up.

 

Let me know if you have any other issues.

Adam you are the man!!! Thank you so much!!! I was trying to get it to work for about 3 hrs yesterday. I can finally move forward with testing everything.
