We have installed and configured the Australia Post Shipping extension on one of our development websites but it does not appear to do anything.  :(

I tried going to your website and it showed 'Account suspended'.

Sorry, yes, the site was made live last night, so the dev account was suspended in the process.  We put all of the shipping pricing in manually in order to launch the site.

The new site url is https://easyguides.com.au with all of the same login info provided previously.  Including the admin url suffix.

Please let me know if you have any trouble.

Sorry, also, we are using EasyCheckout and the system is not forcing the customer to select one of the standard weight based shipping options available for the Australian geo zones.

 

We had a customer checkout without paying for shipping.  When I tried to replicate it the shipping options display correctly but neither are automatically selected and it does not appear to be required.

 

Have I missed a setting?

Sorry, please ignore that last message, I found the switch to not allow checkout if shipping was not selected!  (face-palm) :)

I was just checking that, as I could not see shipping details in Easy Checkout :-)

There is something else that is not finished to be configured, it is Easy Checkout.

You need to create a menu item of type 'Checkout' with Easy Checkout.

Then assign that menu item to the global settings of the extension (you have to go to Global Configurations -> Easy Checkout).

If you still have issues with the Shipping plugin, you can debug it by setting 'Debug' to 'yes' (the last setting in the plugin) and also go through the Shipping Troubleshooter.

Also, is there a way to change the order of countries displayed in the EasyCheckout shipping dropdown?  Or to set Australia as the default?
