With additional information, I cannot help you. We don't store login credentials so if you don't add it to this ticket, please don't assume we still have it. If you are using Easy Checkout then those settings would be need be set in the Easy Checkout component settings.

when entered in the appropriate fields, your credentials are not visible, even on a public ticket. So, no worries :-)

I went to your site.

What you need is create a menu item of type Easy Checkout -> Checkout.

That is what you are missing, I believe.

Then, in the Easy Checkout options, you will be able to select the 'Easy checkout menu' item you have created.

when you go to Easy Checkout, the blank screen is normal. Nothing else but the title of the extension is supposed to be there except for the options.

We are working on improving this additional extension. Thank you for your patience. 

As far as the form is concerned, the country selection, for instance, is using the library 'chosen' that was in use in Joomla 3.

This has to be removed still.

I will specifically work on updating the extension in the next few days so that we can improve some of the issues you find.

I am on your site and I can see that I can checkout your products without creating an account.

That is guest checkout.
