when i want to take a look in admin for this App i get

Abraham,
It appears youa re trying to load a Joomla 3 extension on a Joomla 5 site. That app has not currently been migrated yet and not one that I would expect to be migrated soon as the new subscriptions app is about to be released as well as the new 4.1.0 J2Commerce release.
