#15 Only one additional image is possible?

Hey,
i wanted to add additional images to my product but when i click "Add more images", a new line is created and i can open the file manager, but if i choose an image, nothing happens and the field stays blank.
If i try to manually input a path in the input field, it is marked red.
Any fixes?

Hello Luka,

I was not able to reproduce the issue on my test sites.

I am wondering if it has anything to do with the name of the image.

Have you tried with an image that would have a 'simpler' name to see if it works that way?

Hello Oliver,
the file paths or file names do not include spaces or special character, but i found the issue.
If i click the add image button i need to save the product first, then select the images and save again. Then its working - otherwise i can't select the images.

Luka,

You are correct in that the product needs to be saved first and then you should have no issues. An extra step (if you still have issues is if you know you have 5 additional images, add the 5 slots, then save the product and then go back and add those images respectively. As of now, it appears that this issue is also resolved in the upcoming 4.1.0 release so hopefully this is only a temporary measure.
