Hi Guys,

I got a notification of updates for the extensions in the J2commerce, but rather than updates it unfortunately showed the list of failed attempts.

Update: Could not open update site #6 "DJ-ImageSlider Package", URL:
https://dj-extensions.com/index.php?option=com_ars&view=update&task=stream&format=xml&id=3/extension.xml

Update: Could not open update site #9 "Canada Post Shipping", URL:
https://updates.j2commerce.com/j2store/plg_j2store_shipping_canadapostrest.xml

Update: Could not open update site #10 "J2Commerce USPS Advanced Shipping", URL:
https://updates.j2commerce.com/j2store/plg_j2store_shipping_uspsadvanced.xml

Update: Could not open update site #11 "J2Commerce Bootstrap 3 Layout", URL:
https://updates.j2commerce.com/j2store/plg_j2store_app_bootstrap3.xml

Update: Could not open update site #12 "J2Commerce Bootstrap 4 Layout", URL:
https://updates.j2commerce.com/j2store/plg_j2store_app_bootstrap4.xml

Update: Could not open update site #13 "J2Commerce Bootstrap 5 Layout", URL:
https://updates.j2commerce.com/j2store/plg_j2store_app_bootstrap5.xml

Update: Could not open update site #14 "PayPal Pro for J2Commerce", URL:
https://updates.j2commerce.com/j2store/plg_j2store_payment_paypalpro.xml

All the extensions are enabled I believe.

When I go into the systems and click "update site" all the extensions are listed including the ones that have updated as planned. Including the Joomla core. Also I think the DJ-imageslider has its own separate issues.

Clicking on the link that I assume connects the update. the ones that aren't updating show a 404 page, the ones that work show a XML file. Wondering if the links are perhaps the problem. Think thats as far as I should go on my own right now. Perhaps a suggestion?

Thanks

James

Hello James,

thank you for reporting this issue.

We are in the process of creating update servers for all our extensions. The ones that are ready are the one plugins that have been updated and will go through.

Therefore, if you see 'Could not open update site', this means the server is not yet ready and there is no update to the associated extension.

This will be cleared up soon :-)

Olivier.

Hi Oliver,

Thank you for the update (no pun intended)

James
