I have installed the shop and added the 'Add to User group' App. have also setup products with the app settings to add registrant to groups. It doesnt add any user to groups except the joomla set defualt which is 'Registered'.
I also set order status to confirmed in the dashboard/sales/orders, knowing i have also set the app to assign groups on order status confirmed.
Looks like I have covered all requirments but it does not work.
Also there is a license key box in the app which requires activation, but here is no key to be found, unless I have made a mistake, or the app is free for testing or something.
Im only using the bank transfer payment method at this time until All the issues are resolved then i will add paypal and stripe, could this be stopping user groups from being setup by the app?
I'm not sure what to do,, need some advice.. Thanks
