I think I missed replying to your previous email so I am glad you opened a ticket here as it will make sure it doesn't get lost in the flurry of emails.

I took a look at the checkout page and usually when those fields are not working properly it's due to a jquery error. If you can leave the login creds in the private fields below, I can take a look at your settings to see if it is something in the J2 configuration or (most likely) a conflict with the template javascript.

the ticket was not in the proper category, that is why you could not see the fields for credentials. You should have them available now.

Sorry for the delay. I was able to log into your backend and the reason the dropdowns in the state/province field were not working properly is because there was no menu item set up for the checkout page initially.  I created a hidden menu item and set up the checkout, shopping cart, and my account pages.  Not only does this shorten those urls considerably, but those fields that previously didn't work now work.

I also went into j2 > setup > custom fields and changed the default country from United States to South Africa. I notice there are no states that appear in United States and United Kingdom - did you want to sell to those countries as well or just South Africa?
