The reason the tabs weren't working properly is in the general j2 configuration settings, you had the following settings:

Load Full Bootstrap CSS - Yes

Load Minimal Bootstrap CSS - No

Cart & Checkout pages should use CSS classes of - Bootstrap 2

Since your template is already using Bootstrap, here is what the settings should have been:

Load Full Bootstrap CSS - No

Load Minimal Bootstrap CSS - Yes

Cart & Checkout pages should use CSS classes of - Bootstrap 5

The last field is very confusing and will be updated in future versions as pages such as the myaccount page check to see which version of Bootstrap you selected in that field to determine the data parameters of the tabs (which are different in versions prior to Bootstrap 5).

In any event, I adjusted those settings for your site and you may need to update some of the css, but those tabs are working now :)

That last tab appears to be a custom j2store plugin that was built with the older Bootstrap 3 format. If you would like us to update and maintain it in our directory, please email it to us and we can make sure it will still function in future versions of J2 and Joomla. If you don't want this to be maintained and offered for free to the community then you would have to contact the developer and have them update it for you.
