Hi there. The image upload can be a rather tedious task, particularly if there are many images for a product.

I just checked and it takes at least 4 steps for EACH image in a product.

1. Click 'Select' in the image upload section of J2Commerce
2. Navigate to the correct image within the images folder (this can have extra steps if there are several folders to navigate within this image folder).
3. Select the correct image
4. Clik 'OK' or 'Select' to upload the image.

This has to be repeated for EVERY image in a product.

So if a product has 10 images that is 40 steps to upload them all because they have to be done one by one. I have just looked at a website with many image folders withinin the main images folder and there were 7 steps to go through for each image upload.

Also when adding the next photo to a product the image picker defaults back to the main image folder, not the folder you have just selected the previous image from, so once again you end up having to navigate to the correct folder.

It would make life much easier if all the relevant images for a product could be selected in one go and uploaded all at once.

If I am adding 100 new products to a site each with 10 photos this amounts to a huge amount of time just going through the same steps over and over again. This can also lead to the introduction of errors if a wrong image is selected by mistake because you lose the will to live after a while!

In anticipation and thank you for the great work you are doing.

That is a great suggestion and one that we are activley looking into. It would improve the user experience for sure. Check back in the next 2 weeks on this if you haven't heard anything beforehand.
