I migrated from J3 and J2 Store 3.3.20 pro to J4 and J2 4.0.10 PRO
ON the J3 I had an app for PDF invoices. after migrating it has become disabled. If I try to enable it, it provides an error.
Can you please provide new add version?
This is critical as my client is using a 3rd party logistic provider who is cc'ed to the email with the invoice and can use the invoice for the shipping (they don't have access to the Joomla & J2 system.

one of the steps before upgrading J2Store 3 to J2Store 4/J2Commerce on Joomla 4 is to make sure that additional apps have a compatible version available for Joomla 4.
When the app is not compatible, it is disabled from use by default.
We are actively working on upgrading add-ons for Joomla 4, but the list is long. Therefore, we usually upgrade those on a 'need' basis.
We also do not have all the add-ons in our possession. If you have the pdf invoice add-on for J2Store 3 available, please send it to us so we can upgrade it.
Until a compatible version is created, you won't be able to use PDF invoicing in J2Commerce.

I don't have the app upload file but I was able to download the app folder from public_html/plugins/j2store

Yes, I think the folder of the plugin should be enough, I will see from the installer if something was uploaded somewhere else.
You can zip the folder and add it to your ticket.

Thanks, I got the file.
Sometimes the files don't attach if looking suspicious by the system... Php files are usually dimmed dangerous. I noticed that if a php file has 'script' into its name, it is rejected...
In any case, I will work on it in the next few days.
