Why can't I add a Technical support ticket after login? There is no New Ticket button for that category of support issues. If I have a problem with the software how can I get support? (By the way - my current problem seems to be with the Royal Mail plugin)

Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.
